My services

Initial Consultation

During our initial meeting, we’ll get to know each other and I’ll provide an opportunity for you to ask questions about my practice, my clinical orientation and the process of therapy. I’ll ask you about what brings you and/or your child to therapy and how I can best serve you. This consultation is always free of charge, and there is no obligation for you to pursue further services.

Caregiver-Child Dyadic Therapy

Sometimes, working in tandem with caregivers and their children, particularly young children, can be the best route toward change. I offer dyadic sessions that focus on the relationship between the caregiver and child, guided by attachment principles and grounded in systems theory.

Psychotherapy with Children

I offer 50-minute play-based individual therapy for children, from infanthood on. I have a background in early intervention and am trained in developmental mental health issues in early childhood. Play therapy is evidenced-based and has been shown to be effective with children of all ages.

Caregiver Coaching & Behavior Intervention

When working with children (and sometimes adolescents!), best practices include collaborating with caregivers around managing the complex needs of children. I am trained in Parent Management Training and other evidence-based models around oppositional and defiant behaviors and I offer coaching sessions in tandem with observation and/or psychotherapy with your child.

Psychotherapy with Adolescents

I offer 50-minute psychotherapy sessions for teens up to age 16 (new referrals must be 16 or under; work can continue into young adulthood). These sessions are structured however works best for my client: using play, art and music, talk-based therapy, or a blend.

Fees

My fee is $175 per 50-minute session. If cost is a barrier for you, please get in touch to discuss options.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with United Behavioral Health. For those with other insurance coverage, I can provide regular invoices and monthly superbills.
